For Sellers & Givers
Verify your identity
Complete KYC — passport/ID + selfie. Required for all marketplace users.
Post your item free
List your item with photos, description, city, and price (or mark as giveaway).
Buyer pays Spendix
When a buyer is interested, they pay Spendix — funds are held in escrow.
Dispatch the item
Once payment is confirmed in escrow, dispatch or arrange collection.
Get paid
When the buyer confirms receipt, Spendix releases payment to your SpendixHub balance.

Verify your identity
Complete KYC — required for all marketplace users to ensure community safety.
Browse & find items
Search by city, category, or keyword. Filter by giveaway or sale.
Pay Spendix securely
Pay via your SpendixHub GBP balance or debit card. Funds go into escrow — not to the seller yet.
Receive your item
The seller dispatches or arranges collection once payment is in escrow.
Confirm & release
Confirm you've received the item. Spendix then releases payment to the seller.
Payment held in escrow
Buyer pays Spendix. Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms receipt of the item.
Item received before payment released
Sellers only receive payment after the buyer confirms the item has been received in good condition.
Dispute resolution
If there's a dispute, Spendix mediates and makes a fair decision before releasing or refunding funds.
KYC for a safer community
All Spendix Marketplace users — buyers and sellers — must complete identity verification (KYC) before posting or purchasing. This protects our community from fraud and ensures every transaction is between real, verified people.
Unverified users cannot post listings or make purchases. KYC is mandatory for all marketplace activity. This is a regulatory requirement and a community safety measure.
